Sections on My River

Add Drop

The top section of My River contains the Add Drop panel. Use it to send drops (recognition points) to teammates. This is the primary action panel for giving recognition.

Chest Animation

Below the Add Drop panel sits an animated chest (a Lottie animation). The chest reflects activity and rewards — it plays when you have something to collect.

My Stats

A gamified card showing your personal performance metrics, including recognition activity. Tap the card to explore your numbers in more detail.

Completed Runs

If your organization has River Runs enabled, this section lists the runs you have finished. Tap See All to view your complete run history.

Dropping For

If your organization has the cause and charity feature enabled, this section shows:

• Your primary cause — the social cause your drops support
• Your primary charity — the charitable organization you have selected

Tapping either card opens the corresponding charity or cause group chat.

Badges

Your earned badges appear here in a scrollable list. Badges are awarded automatically when you reach recognition milestones.

Awards and Milestones

Awards you have received from managers or admins are displayed in this section.

Stickers

Stickers sent to you by teammates appear here. Pull down to refresh the list.

Daily Reflections

A card with a daily inspirational quote displayed over a random background image. This section is shown for test users.

My Journal

A preview of your most recent journal entries. Tap See All to open your full journal in a dialog overlay, or navigate directly to the Journal screen from the Settings menu.

Navigating My River

1. Open the app and tap the My River tab in the bottom navigation bar.
2. Scroll down to explore all sections.
3. Pull to refresh individual sections (badges, stickers) to load the latest data.
4. Tap See All on any section to open the full list.

Drop Transaction History

The Drop Transaction History section sits just above My Journal and uses the same gradient section bar as the other My River sections. It shows your most recent drop transactions — sends, receives, season rewards, and manual adjustments — in reverse chronological order, and its See All button opens the full transaction history page with pagination and a date-range filter ("this week", "this month", or a custom range). This is the same data your admin sees on the per-member drop history in the admin Members area, scoped to you.

Ugo on My River

Ugo's animation on the My River screen now plays a three-loop intro on screen load (not only on tap) and then settles into an idle pose, so the screen feels alive when you arrive without continuous looping. Tapping Ugo replays the intro. See the Ugo Mascot article for more on Ugo's behavior.

Tips

• My River loads all sections in parallel on first open for speed.
• The Dropping For section only appears if your organization has cause and charity features enabled and you have chosen a primary charity.
• Completed Runs only appears if your team admin has enabled River Runs.
