Peer Recognition Feed (Home Feed)
The Home Feed is your central view of recognition activity across your team — a live, scrollable stream of posts where colleagues celebrate each other, share drops, and tag core values.
What you'll see in the feed
Each post in the feed shows:

- The person who posted, their profile photo, and when they posted
- The recognition message, including any @mentions, #hashtags, and drop emoji
- Attached media (photos, videos, GIFs, or Stipop stickers)
- Reaction counts and a comment count
- A "Give Drops" action button to recognize them directly from the post
On wider screens (tablet or desktop), a right-hand panel also shows your current Shareable Drops balance, how many drops you've given today, received today, and earned today.
How posts load

The feed loads the most recent posts first. As you scroll to the bottom, older posts load automatically (infinite scroll). Pull down from the top of the list to refresh and fetch the latest posts.
A skeleton shimmer animation displays while the first page of posts is loading.
Sorting your feed
By default the feed shows Recent posts. You can change how posts are ordered using the filter controls at the top of the feed. Available sort modes are:
| Sort mode | What it shows |
|---|---|
| Recent | All team posts, newest first |
| Following | Posts only from people you follow |
Filtering your feed
Tap the Filter button (funnel icon) at the top right of the feed to open the filter panel. Active filters are highlighted and a badge shows how many filters are currently applied.
You can filter by:
- Filter by tag — tap any tag chip (each shows the tag's emoji and color) to show only posts with that core values hashtag
- Location — select one or more office locations to narrow the feed to posts from those locations
Tap Apply Filters to update the feed, or Clear All to remove all active filters.
Tapping a hashtag or @mention in a post
- Tapping a #hashtag in any post text opens a dedicated view showing all posts with that tag.
- Tapping an @mention in any post text navigates to that person's profile.
- Tapping a poster's profile photo opens a quick profile preview card (photo, name, and a short bio when available) with a View profile button; tapping their name still goes straight to the full profile.
Creating a post from the feed
A Give Drop banner sits above the post list. Tapping it opens the Create Post modal, which asks what kind of post you want to make — Recognize, Milestone, GIF, Sticker, Spark joy, or Create — before it shows you the editor. Your drop balance and how long until it renews are shown at the top of the modal. See the individual articles on Send a Drop, GIF/Sticker Integration, and Core Values Hashtags for details on the full set of post options.
Around the feed on Home
A few cards live alongside the feed on Home:
- Dailies — today's quick, drop-earning actions (like the daily reflection), each shown as a row with a checkbox, the drops you'll earn, and a rough one-minute time estimate. Completing an action checks it off for the day; a badge on the card shows how many drops are still up for grabs. The card shows up to three rows at a time — tap +N more to expand. Alongside the drop-earning dailies, the card can add shortcut rows marked with an arrow instead of a checkbox (they're jump-off points, not to-dos with completion state): Continue your run appears when you're enrolled in a River Run you haven't finished (showing the run's title and your progress, and opening the run when tapped), and Complete your profile appears until your profile has both a photo and a bio (tapping it opens your profile). The whole card hides itself when there's nothing to show.
- Season card (side column) — during an active season it shows the season's name, type (Individual or Teams), its rule, the prize pool, and your current rank (your team's rank in a Teams season), with a View Rankings button to the full leaderboard.
- My Top Stats (side column, inside the Drop's Activity card) — compact progress tiles below your daily stats:
- Season goal — when the running season has a drops goal, a thin progress bar of the whole team's collective progress toward the target. Seasons without a numeric goal show your season drops and rank instead.
- Saving for a reward — a personal Drop Shop savings goal. Tap Set a goal (or the pencil icon later) to enter a drops target; the bar then tracks your current shareable-drops balance toward it, with a Drop Shop shortcut alongside. Setting the goal to 0 removes it.
- Current Flow tooltip — on the welcome card, the small ⓘ next to your flow streak explains that your Current Flow is a drop multiplier that grows by showing up and sharing. The same multiplier appears on the Flow Streak pill in the left navigation rail.
- Recognize your team (managers only) — if you manage people, Home lists the teammates you haven't recognized in a while, least-recently first, each with a Recognize button that opens the composer already addressed to them. Managers also get a weekly email nudge listing anyone not recognized in over two weeks.
- Awards & Milestones — birthdays, anniversaries and reward milestones, each with a 🎉 Congratulate shortcut into the composer.
