Admin Impact Dashboard

The Impact Dashboard gives admins a view of your team's collective good deeds and recognition activity. It's separate from the Insights analytics dashboard — where Insights focuses on engagement metrics and trends, Impact shows the direct output of your team's recognition culture.

Accessing the Impact Dashboard

  1. Sign in as an admin.
  2. Navigate to Impact from the admin navigation menu.

Dashboard Tabs

The Impact Dashboard is organized into tabs:

Tab Status What It Shows
Team's Good Deeds Active A record of your team's recognition activity — the good deeds logged by members through drops and posts
Season Distribution Active How recognition activity is distributed across your current season
Members Causes and Charities Coming Soon Will show which charitable causes team members are supporting with their earned drops

Team's Good Deeds

This is the default tab when you open the Impact Dashboard. It displays your team's recognition history — the posts, drops, and moments of kindness that members have shared.

Use this tab to:

  • See the volume and nature of recognition happening on your team
  • Identify periods of high or low recognition activity
  • Understand what kinds of good deeds your team values and celebrates

Season Distribution

The Season Distribution tab shows how recognition activity spreads across your current season. This helps you understand whether engagement is front-loaded, end-loaded, or consistent throughout the season.

Tap any tab label to switch views. The URL updates with a tab parameter so you can bookmark or share a direct link to a specific tab view.

Relationship to Insights

The Impact Dashboard complements the Insights analytics section:

  • Impact — focuses on what your team is recognizing (the good deeds themselves)
  • Insights — focuses on how your team is engaging (metrics, trends, retention, growth)
