Polls

For Team Members: Responding to a Poll

1. Open the Home page.
2. Scroll to the Team Poll section. If multiple polls are active, swipe left or right (or tap the dots) to move between them.
3. Read the question shown at the top of the card. The current vote count is displayed below the question.
4. Tap one of the lettered answer options (A, B, C, …) to cast your vote.
5. After voting, the option you selected is highlighted and you can see how votes are distributed across all options. You cannot change your vote after it is submitted.
6. If the poll has a Drops reward, a dialog will appear confirming the Drops you earned for participating.

For Admins: Creating a Poll

Polls are created from the Admin panel under Engage > Polls.

1. Click Create Poll to open the poll creation dialog.
2. Fill in the required fields:

3. Click Create Poll to publish. The poll will appear on the Home page starting on the scheduled date.

Managing Polls (Admin)

• Edit: Click a poll in the admin Polls list to update the question, options, dates, or reward.
• Duplicate: Use the Duplicate action to create a copy of an existing poll with a new schedule.
• Delete: Open an existing poll and click Delete. You will be asked to confirm before the poll is permanently removed.

Voting on Web

The web app's poll responder is now wired end-to-end into the team-polls system: members signed in on the web see the same active polls as the mobile app, can vote inline, and their response is recorded immediately and reflected on every device.

Preview Mode (Admin)

Before publishing, click Preview in the create / edit dialog to see exactly how the poll will appear to members on the Home page. Use this to spot truncation, awkward option lengths, or unclear wording before any member sees the live poll.

Unsaved-Changes Guard (Admin)

If you start creating or editing a poll and try to close the dialog with unsaved edits, you'll be prompted to confirm. This prevents losing in-progress polls to a misclick.

Tips

• Keep poll questions concise — members see them inside a compact card on the Home page.
• Use Drops rewards to encourage participation.
• Only one poll appears at a time on the Home page card, but members can swipe to see all active polls.
