AI Survey Insights Report
The AI Survey Insights Report surfaces an AI-generated summary of survey results on the Survey Analytics detail page. It analyzes response data across all question types and provides a plain-language interpretation to help admins quickly understand what the data means.
Accessing Survey Analytics
- Navigate to Insights in the main sidebar.
- Click the Surveys tab.
- The surveys list shows all sent surveys. Click any survey to open its detail analytics page.
Survey Analytics Detail Page
The detail page opens with:
- Survey Overview header — shows the survey title, status badge (Active, Closed, etc.), date range (start and end dates), and an Export PDF button.
- AI Insights card — displayed near the top, below the overview header.
- Per-question analytics — one section per survey question, scrollable below the AI card.
AI Insights Card
The AI Insights card appears automatically when the survey has response data. It contains:
- A title reading "AI Survey Insights" (or the survey-specific label).
- A generated summary of the survey results written in natural language.
- Contextual observations about response patterns, notable answers, and potential themes across open-ended responses.
The card is generated based on all question responses loaded for that survey. If the survey has no responses yet, the AI card does not appear.
Per-Question Analytics
Each question is displayed in its own section with:

Toggling Chart Types
For choice-based questions, use the chart toggle button on each question section to switch between bar chart and an alternative chart view.
Export to PDF
Click the Export PDF button in the survey header to download a formatted PDF report of the entire analytics page, including:
- Survey overview stats (total responses, date range, status)
- All question analytics with charts
- Open-ended responses
The PDF downloads to your device automatically. On web browsers, it triggers a file download. On mobile, it saves to your device's document storage.
Response Metrics
The survey overview section shows:

| Total Responses | Number of members who submitted the survey |
| Start Date | When the survey was opened |
| End Date | When the survey closed or is scheduled to close |
| Status | Current state: Active, Closed, Draft, etc. |
Comparing Surveys Over Time
If your team has run the same survey multiple times (a recurring series), you can compare results across instances using the Survey Series Comparison page. Navigate there from the Surveys insights tab by selecting a survey series from the list.
Notes on AI Accuracy
The AI summary is generated from the response data at the time you open the page. If new responses come in after you open the page, refresh the Insights data using the Refresh Insights button on the main Insights screen, then re-open the survey detail to see an updated AI summary.
